The first 2 are on 4OD, and well worth catching up on.

The fella who walked the Nile is now, unsurprisingly, walking the Himalayas.
As you'd expect its visually stunning with a fair few treats along the way.

I commend this to the house.

Yes watched the Nile one and now watching this. Must say the guy has some balls walking through some of these places, although some of the locals so far seem friendly , don't think I'd be taking that route.

Like the Nile series, the Himalayas is great TV. The one thing that gets me is the 4 million steps it will take to complete the journey, and lots of children never even walk to school.

Can't wait for next week when we will learn about the series accident that occurs.

Has anyone read the books that follow the series - any good?

Got to get into this. Can't believe I missed the Nile one.

4OD is freeking annoying though so might try to download it!

It'll be well worth it.
To do it justice you'll need it on your biggest screen in the best definition.

The afghani climber he started the series with was brilliant. Whoever this guy is I like his unassuming manner. he has got me looking into Ladakh, Leh and Manali this Autumn. Anyone been there?

The car certainly did when it rolled off the road. I was a bit disappointed last week as he didn't go into Leh and Ladakh but headed down to the plains. Then there is the question of why he was in that 4wd. Despite this still love his personality. Had many trekking trips to Nepal, so really looking forward to tonight.

Just watching it now.
The old girl talking about being off her face on honey was very funny.

Levo! is back, tonight on Channel 4 at 8pm.

This time he's walking the Americas.

Once again I strongly recommend it to the house, top notch Sunday evening viewing.

Thanks for the heads up, really enjoyed his two previous series, I'm now overjoyed that there's something to look forward to on a Sunday evening.

Will watch that but disappointed that he is walking in the Tropics from Mexico to Colombia. I'd prefer Peru and below plus LA up to Alaska. Still it's his programme, I suppose.
