The lad has been ill for days. He threw up twice before kick-off. He looked like one of the walking dead and his eyes were just black holes. He's "only a loanee".
Yet he played 98 minutes and worked his socks off, dropping deep, moving out wide, getting in and around the box, and had a superb snapshot from outside the box that deserved a goal.

Seconded. Above and beyond. Interesting comparison with some of last season's loanees (and in fact contracted players).

He performed very well considering CH totally under-utilised his actual strengths with how he positioned him on the pitch.

Still showed a massive amount of naivety losing the ball on the half way line in the run up to their goal, but considering how ill he was, it's no surprise little mistakes crept in.
