Woakes out for Anderson, SA make three changes injured fast bowlers Dale Steyn and Kyle Abbott are replaced by Chris Morris and Kagiso Rabada while Quinton de Kock relieves AB De Villiers of the wicketkeeping gloves and JP Duminy makes way.

Cook actually wins the toss and elects to bat first, more of the same would be nice.........

With a main bowler back for us and SA two bowlers out we must surely capitalise on this, oh hang on we are batting first............

We're going to walk this: SA are two first choice bowlers down (and first reserve also out). One of their two main batsmen is horribly out of form and they can't put any sort of partnership together. Should win this by an innings

Pitch looks a belter for batting with a fair bit of pace for the quickies. Sunny and hot hot hot. Good toss fro Cook to win. 450 score would be a good start England.

Does feel a bit like a unique opportunity to beat them up really. With Anderson back we're stronger, and they are significantly weaker with even just Steyn out. Pitch looks good, and a good toss to win.

A good first innings total should happen from here and a SA side low on confidence with key players out will probably fold
