Wilson sick on the pitch - then comes through 90 minutes [The Argus]

Chris Hughton defended his decision to select James Wilson – even though he was sick before kick-off.
The young striker was captured by TV cameras vomiting just before the 1-0 defeat at home to Wolves.
Clips of the incident quickly spread via social media.
But Wilson went on to complete the 90 minutes.
Hughton told The Argus: “I've communicated with him very well.
“He played in the game at Brentford and he hadn't been well for a couple of days before that.

"We spoke before the (Brentford) game and he did the warm-up and he said he felt fine but he obviously struggled with his recovery, hence we took him off at half-time."We left him out in midweek, really just on that recovery period. I spoke to him again and he said he felt fine.
"This is a lad that has gone also from being very much part of a Manchester United squad, not playing so many games, to coming here and what the Championship entails.
"But he was fine to play and over the course of the game he was one of the more likely to get us a goal."
