[MENTION=17389]DarrenFreemansPerm[/MENTION] Make sure whoever you choose cleans to PAS86, a cleaning code of practice agreed between the the British Standards Institute and all leading carpet cleaning institutes (NCCA, TACCA etc) carpet manufacturers and all leading training courses.
This should include a Pre Clean Survey, pre vac (not with a Henry but a proper commercial grade upright) working North, South, East, West
Pre Spray
Agitation , again N,S,E,W
Extraction. (This should be at minimum a twin 5.7 vac machine, not some little Karcher etc. )
Then air movers to dry.
Insurance should be ALL RISK not just public liability.
If you need anymore advice PM me. There's a lot of Splash & Dashers about.
