well .... sitting on a cactus might not be such a bad idea.
I can't believe I'm posting this and I'm only doing so as it might be of help!
After several days of mild discomfort that I ignored I woke up with one of these vile spawn of the devil things. I got my arse down to Boots (haha) and armed with Anusol tried to kill it. Found Anusol too harsh so googled natural remedies, came across suggestions of Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera (that's where the cactus comes in).
Anyway I've been using Witch Hazel gel and Aloe Vera Gel (do not use creams), slowly things are getting back to normal.
So, don't ignore a little problem as it could bite you ....
After this admission I'm out of here for a bit
