Love looking at old photos and saw these on Twitter of the Goldstone ground.
Thought it would be good to have a thread of old photos /pics of Brighton (football related) of games you've been to in the past.

That first picture. Is the East not built, what year, doesn't look like a game?

1- Hereford A 97

2- Goldstone last game 97

3- Shrewsbury A- I think last away game of the season 2001 ( not sure without looking up date )

4- Wembley play off final 1991 v Notts County.

Good photos, I was at all those games.

Haven't seen those photos before, or any taken from that angle. Are they your personal photos?
Mad day and not good for the nerves, but I'm glad I was there.

Nice to see so many Union Jack flags including mine, can just about see the back of it on the middle fence.

Personal photos, from the stand that I was in.

Sent of for tickets for that game and they never turned up , so still travelled down and spoke to the ticket office there. Eventually persuaded them to let me in and they took me to the top of that stand where some b@stard was sitting in my seat. Couldn't help thinking all game, did that **** nick my ticket.

#8ace it looks like the East Stand is not there but a trick of the camera. Do you know what, it's been so long I cant recall how I got on to the stand and yet I done it 100's of times.
Edit, just looked and the Goldstone was in a dip so walked in and down onto the terrace.
