Wrapping paper

Can wrapping paper be placed into my blue recycling bin or due to the collection of sellotape does it have to go in the waste bin?

Beats me why people bother with this. Bad for the environment, just give it in the carrier bag. If there is no carrier bag, wrap it in an old jumper or something.

I feel greener already.

I would say it was contaminated so would put it in waste.

Recycle it properly if you're that bothered, bit of blue tack, unwrap gently , fold , put in the attic until next year.

Brighton and Hove council say to recycle it. I don't think sellotape was mentioned
