On achieving two impressive new records this season - 5 years continuous in one of the top two tiers, and a new unbeaten record.

Well played, and hope to go head to head with you next season.

How very sporting. Congrats to Middlesborough - best team we've faced by a country mile.

He's palace, don't have to be sporting. Agree about the smoggies thou.

It's in Palace's interests for Brighton to do well. A rival that doesn't cut the mustard reflects poorly.

Happy to be your lightning rod today, next week perhaps you'll feel that it's a good thing you don't have to bother about the unbeaten run any more, and can concentrate on getting promoted.

So, well played Brighton.

You were in the top 2 tiers, but not longer than 4 years in either.

The last time Palace were in the Third Division Thatcher was the opposition leader. You should pay another visit. Although we may not be at home this time.

I've got time over the festivities, so I may do another newspaper archive visit and look at one of our encounters then. I'll send it over for your history threads like before.
