It said in an article in (I think) The Argoose today that he was back running (which is not the same thing as training).

Let's hope he has no set backs, anyone know what his previous injury record is like?
Running on 18/12/15 but not back to training as of 10/2/16. There is something frightfully strange about Bong's boo boo.

It often seems the way that if a player has been out for months, they can pick up little strains and niggles as they get back to the final stages of full fitness. I guess it is because these days full fitness means performing at the very limits of their bodies. (Please God let Bong be the exception).
