...hearing all the gossip about him being recalled and presumably to instantly play for Man U. Does he still go hell for leather with us, with his time left here or does he worry a little about getting injured?
It must be quite unsettling for the young lad who is clearly a star in the making. He's done us proud tho!

Was a bit annoyed that Sky spoke a lot during the game about the possibility of him being recalled - gave it a lot of publicity :(

All a bit irrelevant. No one at Man U is talking about recalling him. It's all totally unsurprising media talk. There is no chance he goes back before the end of January and only then if Man U haven't signed the huge striker transfer they want to.

He didn't have his best game last night so the clamour for his return from the MUFC fans watching the game may have subsided somewhat.
He's bolted on to start on Saturday in front of the cameras. If he bags a goal or two then he'll get hauled back to Manchester at the earliest possible opportunity. Alternatively if he has a bit of a shocker then we'll have him for the season. Tricky.

Man Utd fans thinking that he's the man to save their season is as delusional as if a BHA fan thought that Harper was the man to fire us to the PL. They will most likely be lining up a big name signing for Jan, and not relying on a talented, but untried and inexperienced, 20 year old.

Man U already have lots of very good attackers. The only possibility of a recall would be if LVG were to be sacked, or if they suffered a really serious injury crisis over the next couple of weeks.

Interview with "little pea" Javier Hernandez in Mirror today. Says Van Gaal told him he had a 1% chance of playing for Man U. Sold him to Bayer Leverkusen and has scored 15 goals in 12 games. Lets just hope Wilson has 0% chance and stays for the season then. As people have said what could change is if Man U sign some big names or Van Gaal gets the old heave ho.

If Wilson struggled against Grant Hall and Nedum Onuoha then it's hard to see LVG fancying him in the Premier League or even the Europa League.

Quite right. They might fancy Austin though. In truth, there probably isn't a Premier League side who would not benefit from his addition to their squad.

Is it 'Blimey I'm going to have to score a hatrick to give this team any chance of hanging on to a lead'?

Yes exactly, because LVG or Giggs might have been watching and they probably haven't thought about it before.

Or alternatively, I was meaning it's just adding to the hyperbole on the recall thing....? Either way you're a ****

Last night showed why he is at Man U, but also why he has been loaned out. He wasn't massively effective last night but showed glimpses of real pace and skill, whilst he also made a few wrong decisions (particularly with his final ball) and needs to be stronger (not surprising as still developing) - essentially, we're helping his education because he isn't quite good enough for the PL at the moment. He also looked utterly shagged after about an hour so maybe isn't fully match fit yet either (again, hardly surprising given his lack of game time). He seems to be loving it here (have a look at his goal celebration at Derby). I don't think he'll be recalled, as well as him not being quite 'PL ready', Man U will be splashing the cash in January (deals probably already agreed in principle) so he'll be a way down the pecking order.
