Credit where credit is due. They are the finest group of 20 or so black-clad blokes with a drum in football today.

Can't disagree with the bit about their famous colours, you know, the ones that are recognised the world over because they copied from Barca.

Don't take the piss out of them you lot, or else they might get really angry and come down here and smash all our faces in, like they always do.

At least six, maybe seven of them turned up for their protest when they were going bust (again)

I have a couple of Palace supporting friends (who to be fair I'd much rather spend an evening with than an armchair Chelsea fan) and both of them see the HFs as an embarrassment

Quiet because the group were holding a silent protest of sorts, due to two of their members being banned for the rest of the season by the club.

And it seems they are testing the patience of fellow fans, too. Chants of "little boys" and "can you shut up every week" could be heard from the rest of the Holmesdale Road Stand against QPR, When Saturday Comes reported."

One chap rather lost his rag when politely asked to leave, clobbering a couple of coppers before being wrestled to the ground. If that's what 'bringing back the atmosphere of the 80s' means, then perhaps we're better off without it"
