Virgin media problem in BN2?

Anyone in BN2 lost Virginmedia services?

Lost tv and broadband and been on phone to Virgin for 40 mins and they can't fix it. No engineer available until Monday.

Good news - I am WFH today so sort of got the day off.

Bad news - I was really hoping to watch a stream of match tomorrow.

I'm in Bristol and Virgin broadband is really slow. Hope this helps.

Yes Broadband is down in BN2 8, TV is ok though. The Virgin website says that is a known bigger fault in BN2 and that they are dealing, planned fix time is 4pm today.

Cheers. Obviously they've got a big problem. Landline down now as well.
