You originally forgot to put the full details in the title, and your original 'Lennon Resigns' accidentally left open the possibility that some people might have misunderstood, and assumed it refered to the manager of the same name, working in our division - thus thinking the thread to actually be of interest, and then waste their time reading the dull link.
Luckily I spotted your mistake, and saved you the embarrasment.
