Nice to see Charlton playing in their proper colours on Saturday. Red shirts, white shorts didn't clash so they stuck with them. That's the way it should be. Not like a club I know which has revolting "Volte" and "Crimson" away kits and their players wear them even when they don't need a change kit.

Hear hear, and well said. Should be compulsory at all times to wear the club colours unless decided by the referee that there is too much of a colour clash.

Palace on TV now away at Everton wearing white shirts with a blue and red vertical stripe down the front. Change strip, but sticking with club colours. That's the way to do it.

Instead of blue and white we could have white and blue.

Wasn't that their first/home strip, sometime back in the 70s?
