The papers are reporting today that the owner is willing to put their whole 1st team up for sale in the Jan transfer window!

And as a further blow to fans they have also introduced a Pie Tax - by including a compulsary pie voucher with every home ticket sold taking their prices up to £42.

So glad we have Tony Bloom!

The Leeds pie tax has been introduced as a means to discourage Evans from consuming more than his fair share. However, in the past Evans has been shown as adverse to paying tax..........

Leeds fans are planning a protest at their next home game by temporarily walking out on the 17th minute.

Organiser John Bond said: "We want to make it very clear to Cellino that he is not wanted. The way he runs the club is outrageous and we want our club back."

T'is a shame Mr Bond isn't specific as to which Leeds Utd he wants back.

He can't mean spending much of the 80's in the second division.
Or the dodgy dealings of the late 90's.
Relegation throughout the noughties.
Championship football of this decade.

I guess he either mean 1991/92 or nearly 50 years ago, either way a 'pie tax' appears to be more like 'his club' than he's prepared to admit.

At least he's passed the fit and proper person test so assume the FL have no issues with this admission

Perhaps reminiscing about Leeds United's previous life as Leeds City and their financial shenanigans :-
