Albion have announced a loss of £10.4 million for last season.
But the club have confirmed they again complied with Financial Fair Play requirements.
The club’s figures for the 2014-15 season, in which they struggled on the pitch, show a slight fall in operating losses.
Turnover fell by £300,000 to £23.7 million but costs were cut off the pitch.
Albion reported losses of £10.6 million for the previous season and £15.3 million in 2012-13.
Last season’s deficit was £10,439,000
Chairman Tony Bloom told fans his ambition remained for the club to compete in the Premier League.
He said streamlining off the field had helped boost the paying budget.

In his written report to shareholders, Bloom said: ”I am pleased that, despite a testing season on the pitch, the work undertaken by our staff off the pitch – in particular in making our business more efficient while still growing our income in key areas – allowed us to achieve the majority of our non-football targets.“That enabled us to invest £3 million more in the club's football budget, despite the significant challenges presented by the Financial Fair Play rules during 2014-15.”
