So in a city where honest working people and families are struggling to afford the rents now commanded for property and told by the council to think about having to leave the area due to the cost, we should let homeless people, who the vast majority are not even from Brighton occupy a premises for free. Probably the most insulting idea to those who cannot afford to live in our City! Sends a message for more homeless people to come here and sponge off our council and have a place to doss in the city centre for free that most paying citizens can't afford!
