Brighton & Hove Albion women’s manager James Marrs is looking forward to Sunday’s Sussex derby against Chichester City at Culver Road.

The Albion manager is confident going into the Premier League Cup tie, but has warned his players to guard against complacency, as Chichester compete one division below the Seagulls.

He said, “It’s should be a highly-competitive game and we’re very keen to extend our recent good run of form.

“We have to wary of the fact that this could be a potential banana skin and we need make sure we give 100 per cent to get a result.

“Chichester have made deleted words good progress in recent years and gave us a real run for our money when we played them last season, so we can’t take anything for granted.”
