We often hear that players join clubs and need to get 'match fit' before playing.

Why isn't the same said for fringe squad players?

We are playing pretty much a regular 11 with the same subs coming on in games, so how 'match unfit' are the rest of the squad getting and will this affect us if they are suddenly called upon?

The 'reserves' had a game at Three Bridges last night but only outer fringe players were used i.e. Akindayani and Harper (only 56 mins).

So how do Calderon, Goldson, Chickson, Elvis and co stay match fit and ready?

I think many think Calde is and will always be super-fit.
