I remember Gus trying to ban him from doing it a few years ago.

I think it would be wrong to stop him though, it is part and parcel of what Kaz is about, a natural crowd pleaser, and it comes from within him, and the fans love him for it.

That was because he still had a plate in his ankle, from when it was shattered at Hartlepool. He's since had the plate removed.
