A company called Golden Eye have got a court order for Sky to hand over names of IP address owners and are sending out claims letters for infringing copyrights in downloading movies.
Does this include Kodi, which I know many NSCers use, or the 'feeds' on a Saturday afternoon?

It only applies to people who have illegally downloaded porn films.

Obviously that does not mean that if you use PornHub (for instance), you'll get a letter.
It's specifically for people who rip off actual films such as 'Star-Whores' and the like.

Casting Couch and Fake Taxi are fine.

Fair enough, but will the time come then when Sky can 'block' their internet users from accessing these football related sites. I suppose they would weigh up how many internet subscribers they would lose as apposed to how many would then subscribe to Sky Sports.
Personally I have Sky Sports but not BT so use Kodi for all Euro games.

How real is casting couch? It's probably my favourite genre.

I'm sure if they could, they would have by now. It's been going on for years without much action against (ab)users
I do know that Sky do routinely block/close down the odd streaming site every week during games, but it's just too easy for the hosts to open up another stream and carry on.

Haha, most of them are totally fake.
The original black leather sofa one has got to be legit.

Sky and other ISPs already block lots of file sharing sites because they've been told to. It doesn't work just like any attempt to censor the internet doesn't work.

The average 12 year old is way ahead of the idiots who think they can control this stuff.
