Oscar Garcia has emerged as a surprise candidate for the vacant head coach role at Fulham.
The Argus understands the former Albion boss is among the contenders to take over at Craven Cottage.
Steve Bruce and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink have led the betting but sources close to Oscar say he is also under consideration.
Oscar has been out of management since leaving Watford more than a year ago.
But he was close to landing the Red Bull Salzburg job in the summer and is keen to get back into the thick of it.
He is a regular in the Spanish media, offering expert opinion predominantly on matches involving his old club Barcelona.

The Argus understands he has knocked back approaches by two Championship clubs since the start of the season.Oscar quit as Albion boss within hours of leading them in a play-off semi-final at the end of the 2013-14 season.
He has taken a cautious approach to moving back into the game and would need convincing about key issues, including player recruitment.
Fulham are believed to be looking for a head coach – the title Oscar preferred during his time with Albion – rather than a traditional manager type.
