First Rule of correspondence to somebody not fluent in English: Do NOT rely on Google Translate. Chances are you may cause offence or make the receiver believe you are a blithering idiot.

It works both ways of course. I received an email from a European Rail operator stating I had "given it to a woman and are you happy with this fact"
