You need to learn NSC talk I believe he is saying:

I decided that lotto wasn't going to get my £2 twice a week, so am now doing long odds bets on footie. I won't win millions, but if i get a couple of hundred it'll do. Just done 12p (yes, that's 12p) on 13 games today, all teams to score - gets £245! An evening of 'Football Bingo' beckons....
