Car seen going down Brunswick Square, then next scene is crossing roundabout at Palace Pier, from Old Steine. surely they would be coming along the seafront, from B.Sq?

Also, if coming from London, why the diversion to Hove..?

It was done like that to avoid the graffiti strewn old tower office blocks in Preston road opposite the Park.

These things are never in sequence. There is a scene in Hercule Poirot where he puts out his hand and hails a taxi outside Arnos grove tube station. Then when he crosses the road to get into that same taxi he is around Russell Square about 7 miles away

There was a bit in Foyles War when he's standing by the bandstand in Eastbourne and says "I think I'll walk home" and is next seen entering his house in Rye, a mere 34 miles/ 9 hours walk away.

And don't forget Quadrophenia where the mods get into Brighton by going down East Dean Hill.

my favourite is Notting Hill were they go from Notting Hill to the west end via London Bridge. Also Bridget Jones lives on the same street as Lock Stock lot in Borough market, apparently a minutes walk away from the boutique shops of Threadneedle st (i think - definatly north of the rive with the City of London bollards).
