My work mug is an early Amex jobbie ( you can tell it is 4/5 years old as the corners still have the yellow sheeting). Used everyday it is now a nightmare to get clean. I know I can bleach it to make it white but it is brown within days. I religiously scrub it when making tea and have now taken to dumping a dollop of Swarfega into it to try to abrade the brown deposits out of it whilst using a scouring pad, still no luck!
Should I try a product to remove hard water deposits or just buy a new mug? Maybe PB would like to donate a new one, especially if we are throwing money around like confetti on luxury items from South America?
