No trial date yet set. Would be unbelievable to imagine such a sporting superstar to spending time in the slammer, although I imagine it would be (by comparison) a rather nice white collar facility. Can't imagine he'll be convicted anyway.

It may depend on whether the court house is in Barcelona or Madrid!

If it starts to look even slightly iffy I suggest he may find himself back in Argentina and demanding a transfer. I'm sure Carlos Tevez can give him some good advice on how to get a transfer.
