Songs that grab you by the ears

From a very long time ago (ok we'll ignore the hairstyles and clothes) a great performance from a great voice backed by a band as tight as a very tight thing, brass that punches you in the stomach and a short and to the point guitar solo. The album version of this is slow and frankly a bit dull!

What's yours?

Won't disagree with any of those so far posted - here's another from the slightly bonkers Mr. Osbourne.

Probably few of you will know this but the song's main guitar riff has been praised for its use of the full minor scale.

Never a big Q-Tips fan, but I do remember being blown away when they opened with this at the Milton Keynes Bowl in 1981, supporting Thin Lizzy. Have to say Lizzy were better that day though, as was Ian Hunter.
