Brighton & Hove Albion women have been warned by boss James Marrs not to underestimate winless Queens Park Rangers this weekend in the FA Women's Premier League Cup first round.
QPR are currently bottom of the Women's Premier League, and Albion unbeaten and top - but women's manager Marrs has told his players to avoid a cup banana skin at Uxbridge Football Club, kick-off 2pm.
He said, "QPR will have nothing to lose as it’s a cup game. They were unfortunate not to get something against Portsmouth on Wednesday night, and they have been getting better with every game."
"We are in good spirits and we may rotate the squad to give some of our important players some valuable game time, but we will be fully focused on trying to progress."
Albion (probable squad): Faye Baker, Vicky Ashton Jones, Catherine Cooper, Deanna Cooper, Charlotte Young, Danielle Rowe, Jay Blackie, Kirsty Barton, Lucy Somes, Charley Boswell, Sophie Perry, Kate Natkiel, Amy Taylor, Kim Stenning, Phoebe Leitch, Charlotte Gurr.
