A simple but classy gesture, very well played to Brighton and Hove Buses and anyone else involved in this decision.

Well done all involved.

Hopefully the same tribute has been offered to the families of the other victims.

Great idea.

Interesting bumf about how the names started here http://www.buses.co.uk/information/busnamesintro.aspx plus a full list of names, although the original rule that people had to be dead for a year has obviously been relaxed, unless there's something we don't know about Bobby Zamora and Des Lynam?

Both buses had other names first though. Who has been relegated from the GOSBTS bus? Great tribute still though, well done.
Edit: Tommy Cook.

The idea came about through colleagues of Matt's brother, David, at Brighton and Hove Buses. A kind of personal tribute to Matt and Jacob I think. Unfortunately I think it would be hard for them to extend the offer to the other poor souls who lost their lives. I realise Matt and Jacob have received wider social coverage during the tragedy and in the aftermath, but I think that's a reflection of how well both were thought of in the Albion community and in the football community. Shows the power football can do for good causes I guess.

Anyway, another lovely lasting tribute to the fellas.
