Coincidentally game 10 of 2014/15 was home v Cardiff City when David Marshall frustrated a flurry of attempts, Bruno scored from that "cross" and we finished the game
in 18th place with 10 points fro 10 games.

Are we transformed because of the manager or the squad ? Will we be 14 points and 17 places better off on Saturday at 5pm ?

NB: Only 6 players from our 18 man squad v Cardiff 2014 are likely to feature on Saturday v Cardiff 2015.
Probably would have been 7 if Lua Lua not injured. Perhaps 8 if Dale Stephens had not been on the sidelines but its obviously the players that have changed in 12 short months.
That back 5 hasn't changed much though...

I presume, that Marshall is suspended for this, having been sent off a couple of games back for lashing out at a striker?

Yes he's out, which is a good thing.

Looking at last years team, it's no wonder we struggled to score goals.

He'd have to go some to out-perform Marshall last season.

This! I was extremely chuffed when I heard Marshall was suspended for Saturday. One of the best away 'keeper performances I've seen last year.

Without any shred of exaggeration we would have won about 5-1 last season. i think it was the only game during Sami's tenure that we actually performed. Cruelly it gave me hope for the rest of the season
