If Blatter falls, both Russia & Qatar world cups could be at risk as it seems he has made it his mission to ensure they survive. He won't be able to do that from behind bars. I hope he spends the rest of his days locked up.

You might think that, but I doubt the Swiss authorities would go for him if they weren't pretty damn sure of their case. He was so well in with them, now they have the knives out. Shame, he ran that outfit so well.

So basically Blatter sold the TV rights for the world cups in South Africa and Brazil for US$ 600,000 to Jack Warner, who then sold them again for reportedly 20 million dollars.

if the Blattman goes down, I bet Russia / Qatar may well lose their rights to respective World Cup hosting.. they would be wanting some recompense for all those brown envelopes.. er, construction costs..
