Tomer Hemed had a penalty saved as Albion blew the chance of a fourth successive win today.
The Israeli striker was denied as the Seagulls were held 0-0 at Wolves, who played almost half the game with ten men.
Conor Coady was sent off on 49 minutes for a late and dangerous challenge on Liam Rosenior.
Hemed saw his 22nd-minute spot kick saved low to his left by Emi Martinez.
The Argentinean keeper on loan from Arsenal arguably did even better to then block Hemed’s follow-up.

The spot kick was won by the lively Jamie Murphy who was clattered needlessly by Scott Golbourne.Hemed was involved at the other end later in the half, clearing off the line from Adam Le Fondre.
Elvis Manu was introduced at the break for Hemed, who had a tight hamstsring.
The debutant*had the best chance to make a breakthrough against the well-organised hosts as his low shot was held by Martinez.
The giant keeper otherwise dealt well with a series of unimaginative crosses and looked on as Murphy headed a decent chance wide from Manu’s cross.
