I thought it was a great piece. Tone yet again totally correct. Just wanted to give Stockers a hug....lovely words and genuine nice chap. What is that I am feeling... oh yes, it is the goosebumps of pride returning with aplomb!

I hope the Channel 5 people were watching and realised that's how they should've handled the tributes on their show. Still unbelievable that they didn't even mention it.

Why unbelievable? It's a football show, and all media had covered the disaster and its aftermath extensively. With 72 teams' matches to cover, the producers were hardly likely to dwell yet again on a purely pre-match ceremony.

Wanting the world to continually recognise and share in our sorrow is all a bit too.. well, LIverpool for some of us.
