Prime Minister David Cameron visited Brighton & Hove Albion's training ground yesterday evening to thank the first responders for their work in the wake of the Shoreham air crash, and pay tribute to all those involved.
Members of the emergency services and local authorities, volunteers and club staff - including grounds team colleagues of Matt Grimstone - were all present at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.
The Prime Minister - who also visited the Shoreham footbridge en route to the training ground, to view the many tributes - explained how he was humbled by his visit and that he wanted to see the bridge himself.
