Alexei Smertin claims, "There is no racism in Russia because it does not exist"!
Unbelievably he goes on to say, ""It was never, ever here before. Ten years ago, some fans may have given a banana to black guys - it was just for fun."
All this despite over 100 documented cases of racism and discrimination linked to Russian football over two seasons.
It seems FIFAs endemic corruption is not limited to financial matters but they also seek to deny the facts of rampant Russian racism and mobilise their laughable propaganda machine to try and make out it doesnt exist. Can any organisation have less credibility or get any less odious and putridly dislikable than FIFA?
