Albion boss Chris Hughton says Jamie Murphy has presented him with a selection poser at Wolves on Saturday.
Murphy, replacing the suspended Kazenga LuaLua on the left-wing, set up the opening goal for Tomer Hemed during an influential contribution to Tuesday's 2-1 home win over Rotherham for the Championship leaders.
Hughton told The Argus : "There's probably nothing more pleasing than when a player gets an opportunity and he does well.
"Players have to make the most of it when they get their opportunity. I was really delighted with his performance."
Albion have a clean bill of health again after the Rotherham victory, in which England under-21 Solly March took over from the more experienced Liam Rosenior on the right flank in the only other change to the side.
Hughton said of March: "I think there is certainly more to come from him but he's a young and developing player and with that will come ups and downs, end product.
"He is a player that’s capable of scoring goals and we’ve just got to determine the right way to develop him."
