I have just had a 1 hour e mail battle with the people at Seagulls Player.
They eventually had to agree that.
1. For the Hull game their Player would not work as the 'play' button failed to operate
2. They did find a fix during the game but "Due the nature of the widespread Google Chrome problem there was a delay in contacting customers"
After I threatened them with breach of contract they agreed to extend my subscription by one month.
You might want to do something similar.
