Albion fans face a Sunday lunchtime kick-off if they want to watch their team at Burnley.
The trek to Turf Moor in Lancashire has been moved to November 22 (1.15pm) for live coverage on Sky.
The one-day delay will make no difference to Burnley's former Albion striker Ashley Barnes.
He is expected to be out for the season after suffering cruciate and medial knee ligament damage in May.
Barnes came on as a late substitute against his old club in Albion's 0-0 draw at Burnley in January 2014, the fifth time the Seagulls have avoided defeat in their last six visits to the Lancastrians.
