Fascinating Hughton facts x 2 plus footballers with other skills

Current edition of "When Saturday Comes" mentions not one but two fascinating facts about our esteemed manager. Number one is that he is a qualified lift engineer ("confirmed" by his Wikipedia entry for what it is worth) and number two is that he has done a corporpate managment course.

Any suggestions for footballers who had other skills whilst they were still playing - Calderon is a consultant for the CERN project (ok I made that up) possibly? One that is true is Kenny Deuchar, prolific goal scorer for various Scottish clubs plus practising GP at the same time.
