Sadly, Rico, the legendary trombonist who was in The Specials for many years, died yesterday. He was a great performer. RIP.

Another Reggae legend bites the dust. He always surprised me when he kept on performing, not looking like he'd finish the gig. Bigger cheeks than a Puffa Fish when puffed out presumably due to a life time of tromboning.
"Man From Wareika" is a beautiful album and if you're not familiar with it, give it a go.
Rico - RIP.

Well that's sad. Not my type of music, but he made A Message to you Rudy distinctive from the get go and doubtless loads of other stuff I'm not aware of.

Legend is an overused word. But Rico was the ultimate ska trombone legend.
