We have got a very good manager, respected throughout football. One of the best choices that TB could have made. The players will respond to him and a good back up team in Colin and Nathan.
I was looking for consolidation this season but I now realise after the character shown at Fulham, Huddersfield and Ipswich that it could be more.

It seems that after last season, the Club, with a knowledgeable manager in place, have gone about their business, rebuilding a squad containing the necessary mix of big personalities, experience and younger players who will develop further in the (near) future, enticing the younger players to join us, as opposed to others, by showing them the Clubs structure and facilities which re-enforce the Clubs ethos.

We could just be witnessing the start of something that offers a sound foundation for the future.
