Hi.

I was looking to get some advice about some old footy kits I had as a youngster I want to sell before they get lumped outside a charity shop.

My Mum has kept them in in a plastic container in the garage for years and most are pristine.

I brought them up to London after the Blackburn game and spent a few hours today taking pics for a certain retro football shirt site.

Just had a quote but wanted to see what others think. Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

Some of the Albion ones are very rare methinks.

Here is the list:

*England Umbro Tracksuit jacket 1987-89 - XS/Youth 32 - Very Good condition

In a pile of football shirts
Nice sounding collection. I'm not sure what site gave you a quote, I can guess it's one of three, but in my opinion, and experience, if you want to realise the best price, list them on eBay. If you do, make sure you take good photos, give a good description, and a good, and informative title.

I was a 9 year old into every team before my Dad clipped my ear and took me to see Brighton v Bournemouth game 89/90, 2-1 to Brighton :)

... still a season ticket holder.

Uneasy about parting with the Albion shirts. I might hold them back.

Boring By Sea
Got loads of old kits that my kids wore in the nineties up in the attic, many from the Sandtex years. Will have to look them out but not sure they are worth anything.

Man u & Liverpool kits - oh the shame you must feel

Burn them & give money to charity or the church (if you believe in that bull) & hang your head

Stoning is too good for you!

X
