Did you do CTRL+Shift+R?
Yes. That's was good.
I've done
shift +F5
alt +F5
ctrl + F5
(I can never remember which of those is the forced refresh)
I've done history> clear recent history
I already have firefox set to clear my cache when I close it, too.
Didn't do CTRL+shift+R. I'll try to remember that for the next match.

I've left the tab open, it (the chatroom) still hasn't loaded.
