It's a Football League directive following a request from Bhafc. They are Premier League.
Paul Barber mentioned it in his press conference, but the Football League has asked every League cup game to join in, rather than just us and Walsall.

Should be no difference in my humble opinion. We are all football fans regardless where we play. It's also a national tragedy
