You think that will encourage Blackburn to drop the price ? It doesn't appear the issue is about Marshall wanting to come so would seem pointless.

Fair enough just a suggestion.

A lots been said online that his heads been turned by Brighton's interest, just felt maybe we could influence his desire to move down South a little more ! As I'm sure when a player wants to leave 99% of the time the club allow that to happen !

Many a time we've given a returning player the same welcome, can't see why it would be a problem towards a player that supposedly wants to join us.

Remember when Leicester did similar when we went up there to Zamora. It was tin pot and cringeworthy then. And it clearly influenced his decision as he went to Spurs
