Beram Kayal has urged Albion to show more of a killer instinct when they have opponents on the ropes.
The Israel international believes his sides should have nine points from nine as they head into Saturday’s home game with Blackburn,.
But he admits the Seagulls’ start to the season has been “not bad” as they head home with seven points from three games in total.
Albion have gone 1-0 up in all three Championship matches so far but twice conceded equalisers.
The second cost them two points at Huddersfield on Tuesday after Kayal had given them a first-minute lead.
He told The Argus: “Seven points out of nine is not bad. We keep working hard, keep confidence high.
“We always want more. We thought and believed we could win at Huddersfield before the start.
“After 45 minutes we could see we dominate the game.

“We had another chance after we scored the early goal. If you score a second goal you kill the team.“We had one more chance at the end but if we score the second goal early and take chances it will be a more easy job.”
Blackburn striker Jordan Rhodes is a major doubt for the trip to the Amex.
Rhodes suffered an ankle injury at Huddersfield on Saturday and missed Tuesday’s 1-1 draw with Cardiff.
