Sam Golan has joined the Seagulls on a two-year scholarship, according to reports in America.
It's a case of third time lucky for the towering youngster from Virginia following unsuccessful trials with Derby County and West Brom.
Golan was part of the Loudoun 98B Red squad which reached the semi-finals of the US youth national championships for two years in a row.
He is re-locating to England with his parents.
