Almost certainly U-18s to begin with - he is the age of a first year scholar (plus he'd struggle to get a game at U-21 level with Tom Dallison, Ben Barclay, Ben White and possibly even Tom Cadman ahead of him).

I'm surprised this has been allowed to happen. I thought players under the age of 18 were not allowed to move country due to Fifa laws? Or am I completely mistaken?

According to the Argus he's relocating to the UK with his parents. would be a bit harsh not allowing him to join a UK team. I say good luck and hope he turns out to be a good find
